SHIPPING POLICY
•We ship all orders through the United States Postal Service.
•Orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days, usually sooner. We are always working diligently to get your items to you as quickly as possible.
•When your order is packed for shipping, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail address you provided.
•You can track your package at www.usps.com
•Orders placed on Friday or the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
•We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
•All shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation.
• If you do not receive a tracking number for your purchase within 3 business days, contact us at lillybelles2020@gmail.com or 865-297-7917.
•We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information shows the package(s) has been delivered to the address you provided. Please contact your local post office.
Returns/Exchanges
•Exchanges are accepted for unworn, unwashed items with ALL tags still attached. Items cannot have an odor. Exchanged items must be smoke and pet free.
•ALL ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE, SALE ITEMS, MARKDOWNS, CLEARANCE, WEEKLY SPECIALS, are FINAL SALE.
•All bralettes, hats, jewelry, and accessories are also FINAL SALE.
